1. Physical Performance: the test strip should be neat and complete, no burr, no damage, no pollution; materials attached firmly; the width of the test strip 3mm; fluid migration velocity should be not less than 10 mm/min.
2. Accuracy: recovery rate should be between 85% - 115%.
3. Linear: linear range is0.150ng/mL, correlation coefficient (r) shall be not less than 0.99.
4. Intra Precision: CV % should be no higher than 15.0%.
5. Inter Precision: R %should be no higher than 15.0%.
6. Blank Limit of Detection: LOD should be no higher than 0.1ng/mL.
7. Detect cross reaction substance of 100ug/mL CRP and 10ng/mL calcitonin, the result should be 0.1ng/m

1. Take out the test strip at room temperature(18-28), flat on the table.
2. Take out the IC card, put the IC card on inductive position of analyzer, the system will read the information of standard curve in the card and save in the analyzer.

4. Pipe50 L diluted sample in each test strip, wait 15 minutes at the room temperature, and then insert into the Savant - 100 analyzer for testing, the instrument automatically calculate and show the sample concentration.
